What rentals are included in the venue site fee?
We include rentals for up to 120 guests with round and rectangular tables, cocktail tables, white padded folding chairs, and white, ivory, or black table linens. Our venue is decorated with bookshelves, side tables, and lounge furniture that you are welcome to decorate with your own touches and move around. Included with our full venue packages is a large array of in-house decor.
Can we choose our own caterer? What about our other vendors?
At Towne and Grace, we understand how important and personal food can be so we have an open catering policy. You are welcome to bring in the caterer or food truck of your choice as long as they are full-service and have all the proper Health Permits and General Liability Insurance. We have a prep kitchen they are welcome to use.
We do offer an optional Catering Add -On if you would like us to handle your catering needs.
You are welcome to choose your own vendors for DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Photo Booth, Cake, Dessert, Musicians, Speciality Rentals, etc. as long as they carry General Liability Insurance.
Do we need an appointment to tour Towne + Grace?
Yes. Site tours are by appointment only. We are not onsite unless we have an event or have an appointment. Send us an email to towneandgrace@gmail.com to schedule a private tour.

What is your capacity?
Our Garden can hold 150 guests for a seated formal dinner or cocktail-style event.
Our Cottage can hold 120 guests for a seated formal dinner or cocktail-style event.
Our Patio Deck can hold 40 guests for a seated formal dinner or cocktail-style event.
Are there any time restrictions?
The Cottage, our indoor space has a curfew of 11:30 pm and our Garden and Lanai have a curfew of 10:00 pm. This means all amplified sound must be turned off at the above times and guests start departing. Vendors must clean and depart by 12:30 am.
C an we bring our own alcohol?
YES! Towne and Grace is a BYO facility. You bring the alcohol, mixers, ice, and glasses and we will provide a stylish bar and a TABC Craft Bartender. Our BYO beverage package is an additional flat rate fee and is not included in the venue site fee.
We are ready to book our date. What are your payment terms?
YAY!! We can't wait to celebrate with you! We require a 50% non-refundable reservation payment to secure your date and remove from our inventory. Final payment is due 60 days prior to your event date along with a fully refundable security deposit of $500 for any damages.
We accept checks, cash, Zelle, and wire transfers. Payment plans are available.
Yes. We have 35 parking spaces in our parking lot and plenty of street parking for vendors and overflow.
